I have a new apartment! I am moving to it on Thursday. I am still in shock. I cannot believe it is actually going to happen. A stable home and all mine. Amazing huh? Well I am thankful as I know there are less fortunate people in the world without homes. I promise to do more charitable community services as time permits. I am taking several people out to lunch in celebration of my new abode.
I am content for now. I will be very happy when this apartment thing
is completed early next week. Until then I am exercising patience and maturity

I am so nervous the phone is going to ring and the guy is going to tell me the whole thing fell through. Of course I think of the worst possible outcome. I will be nervous about this until the lease is actually signed. I am going to try and be patient and not call him. Oh, I went and put in an application at a place in koreatown yesterday and the manager seemed to think it would be fine to use my credit even though its not great. So today I am expecting him to call and either say I am approved or I need my Mom to cosign. I guess either way, I still should not worry :)PS: This is too eerie. I was just informed an hour ago that Miss Kiwi and Hunter have passed away. When I posted this photo, I did not even know. It is as if she was talking to me from beyond the grave. Rest in Peace to two gentle souls who will be missed.
I have been totally focused on finding myself an apartment as soon as possible. Once that is complete, I can go back to my photography and other life ventures. I need this stability in order to continue my life.

I went today to see the renovations of the place I liked in koreatown but the manager said the 4 units wont be ready until thursday. I think that is fine and means nobody else will be competing for the place. So I will go back thursday and apply. I still have not decided how I am going to fill out the application. But I have a good feeling about this and am going to have faith. My mood lately is down because I worry a lot about a stable home. I guess because over the past several years, I have not had very good luck in such matters. Everyone please give me good vibes so this will happen smoothly. thank you.
